As a consumer…
Do you need a referral to the type of treatment and place best suited for you substance use problem?  Do you need help to remain in treatment and make the recovery progress you desire?  Do you have personal goals for home, work or school that are being negatively impacted by substance use/misuse and you desire ongoing guidance for lifestyle changes and a better quality of life?  Do you want more self reliance for better choices and more control regarding substance use?
As a provider…
Do you want a performance review, study, report or plan to increase or enhance your patient services for persons with AUD or OUD?  Does your staff need training to offer better services?
Do you need to outsource some part of your medical office or practice to have better patient outcomes or to increase revenue related to substance use disorder (SUD) services?  Do you need to have more capacity regarding care coordination or case management for your patient panel receiving buprenorphine or naltrexone?  Do you want to have a shared-care agreement with an addiction specialty provider as a referral resource?  Do you prefer to have someone manage your patient portal or social media?

All rates of reimbursement for compensated assistance as a coach, consultant or contractor are negotiated by individual parties.  The initial contact is complimentary (no cost); follow-up contacts may be based on a sliding fee scale.  Any agreements for payment are between the two parties and thus do not involve other persons participating in the YRS group or committee.
